Who We Are

Alex Fox and Yari Korchnoy met in pre-school over 40 years ago in their native county of Ukraine.  Although their families ended up in different cities after immigrating to the US, they remained close friends. One thing they mostly have in common is their passion for real estate. Alex and Yari both own and operate residential brokerages and construction companies where they built and renovated over 500 homes in Baltimore and Boston areas. In 2022 they joined forces and created Green Spring Builders.
